Teamwork events offer fun and learning for everyone no matter what their level of fitness or ability. From a new team getting to know each other and developing a common purpose and ground rules, to a strong team building mutual commitment and accountability. Teamwork events focus on the relevant issues. We offer a variety of events and the right approach will depend on your objectives.

An enjoyable and stimulating one or two day teamwork event designed to foster teamwork and improve communication between individuals, teams and departments. Ideal for building strong networks between teams or departments, and genuine rapport with your key customers or suppliers.
Unique one day teamwork events designed to highlight effective communication and leadership skills. The team days are based around adventurous activities and logic tasks which are completed during the day, they are FUN and demanding. An optional evaluation highlights the issues affecting the individuals and team back at work.
A three day Team Development programme designed to raise the level of rapport, openness and constructive feedback within the team. Greater understanding and trust, build commitment to a common purpose. Delegates are given opportunity to participate in tasks, reflect on their actions, and identify modifications which will improve the team's performance.
We meet you to help identify the issues confronting a team, and ascertain your training needs. From this we produce a written report which includes the 'present state' - the current reality, the 'desired state' - where you wish to be or what you wish to obtain, and 'the gap' - the development needs. It will include proposals of how we believe we can meet those needs. Clients find this particularly useful to audit their training needs and identify how to fulfill them, whether internally or externally.

I W Management Consultancy run teamwork events throughout the United Kingdom, and occasionally in mainland Europe and the United States. Where you stay, and the cost, are very important choices. Getting the atmosphere right, can be a huge benefit to a programme. We are happy to share our experience and offer advice on locations so that it suits your business or team.
It is IW Management Consultancy's policy to donate a portion of our profits to organisations that maintain the landscape in which we work, for example the National Trust, the National Trust of Scotland, various National Park Authorities, and the Access Committee of the British Mountaineering Council. Such bodies rely on charitable donations or membership subscriptions to function.
